Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your products. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded for the purchase price (does not include original shipping cost). Customer is responsible for return shipping. To complete your return, please email sprinkles@wabiwhiffs.com for a return authorization number to be written on the outside of your shipment. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
